Content teams already draft in Contentstack. Brand Kit and AI Assistant make that faster, though the kit is only as current as the last person who typed into it. When voice rules, personas and approved claims live in one place and the CMS kit lives in another, AI-assisted pages start to drift.
BrandHalo can now publish an approved brand profile into Contentstack Brand Kit. The kit, voice profile and Knowledge Vault documents come from the same source your team already reviews. Contentstack stays the CMS. BrandHalo stays the brand record.
The push creates or updates a Brand Kit named after the selected profile. It maps BrandHalo voice and tone into a Contentstack voice profile, and it writes guidelines and personas into the Knowledge Vault when that text exists. Existing kits in the organisation stay in place. BrandHalo never deletes a remote kit.
This is the same portable-brand pattern as other connectors. You define the profile once, then send it to the tools people already use, rather than rebuilding a kit inside each vendor. Why you should never lock your brand inside one AI tool sets out that model. The Contentstack destination is now available alongside ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
When marketing updates the approved profile, the Contentstack kit can be updated in place. Editors and AI Assistant then work from the same voice, guidelines and personas your team already signed off.
Start free to create a profile, then publish it to Contentstack when you are ready.
